Terms & Conditions
1. Operator
Vladimir Tudakov, trading as Pixel Syndicate Studio (Grafik- und Kommunikationsdesign), Frankfurter Allee 216, 10365 Berlin, Germany. Operating as a small business under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung).
2. Acceptance
By placing an order, downloading a file, or otherwise using the studio's products and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Products
Pixel Syndicate Studio sells digital products only: templates, Figma kits, brand and design systems, stock materials, and related subscriptions. There is no physical shipping. Access is provided via download or online tools.
4. Payments and reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing frequency, applicable taxes, currency conversion, and invoicing are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5. Licence
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own and your clients' projects, including commercial work.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files, in whole or as-is;
- include the files in a product whose primary value is the files themselves (a competing template pack, asset library, or marketplace listing);
- share account credentials or download links with people outside your organisation.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Billing is handled by Paddle. You can cancel at any time through your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Files downloaded during an active period remain under the licence above after cancellation.
7. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details and how to request a refund are on our Refund Policy page.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, and in particular must not:
- commit fraud, distribute spam, or impersonate others;
- infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
- upload malware, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the security of the site;
- scrape, mirror, or republish the site or its files without permission.
9. Intellectual property
All software, files, designs, documentation, branding, and other materials that make up the service remain the property of the studio (or its licensors). The licence in section 5 is a permission to use, not a transfer of ownership.
10. Service level
The studio aims to keep the service available, but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or compatible with every system. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
11. As is
The products are professional tools. No specific business, marketing, or design result is guaranteed by purchasing them.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for the relevant order in the twelve months before the claim. The studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
13. Suspension and termination
The studio may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where the breach is fixable, we will try to give you a reasonable chance to fix it first.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by German law. The competent courts are those of Berlin, Germany, alongside any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
