Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products and subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd, as Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hello@pixelsyndicate.world and we will sort it out with Paddle for you.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can also request a refund of the most recent payment within 30 days under the guarantee above.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days.

5. Paddle's policy

Beyond the 30-day window above, refunds are handled under Paddle's standard refund policy, which still allows refunds in many circumstances. Get in touch if anything is off and we will look into it.
