Pixel Syndicate Studio operates as a small business under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung). No German VAT is charged on invoices issued directly by the studio: Steuerbefreiung für Kleinunternehmer gemäß § 19 UStG.
Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as Merchant of Record for all online sales and handles VAT, sales tax, and invoicing on customer receipts where applicable.
Online dispute resolution
